- “I think he has to knock them out. And, I think he will,” the former governor said, adding that Kerry has to go beyond pointing out President Bush ‘s failures. “He has to convince the American people that he has a better way than Bush. I think he will do all that, but I think it’s going to take this convention to do it.”
